Liked: We loved everything about our stay. The valet staff was super nice and helpful also. Rooms are so nice. I liked that only guests could access the elevators with the key. Beds were so comfy. We could control the room temp. Overall 10/10 and will stay here again when we come back to Chicago. It was close to great food also.
Disliked: That we could not use the balcony from restaurant to see the eclipse.

Chicago Weekend

Liked: The location was excellent. We were visiting family in the area and our travel time was very manageable.The breakfast was plentiful and good, with many options.Our room was spacious (we had a king room with sofa bed) and clean. We also had a great view of the city.The valet parking, although expensive, was excellent. The valet attendants were speedy and friendly.Our interaction with the front desk personnel and restaurant/ bar personnel was pleasantly refreshing.
Disliked: I mentioned the excellent valet parking option, but it seems that there wasn't a choice. The only other option was to find a parking spot on the street near the hotel. There isn't a parking garage near the hotel.
