Disliked: So noisy. Even on the 10th floor. Party inside, sirens, screaming and honking until 3am outside. Use the white noise generator and earplugs they provide, you will need them.

Liked: Everything was great. The room, the staff, the food. Didn’t mind the noise at all. Great location in downtown, I loved walking around the area. I enjoyed it so much I’m planning to return on my next visit. Thank you!

Really nice location, building HVAC...

Liked: Location was perfect, River North has plenty of restaurants, shops and easy access to L/train network. The (loud) ventilation system in the room was barely functioning providing for poor air circulation, no fan in bathroom so felt like an overheated steam room. Beds wed comfy and really neat breakfast are in the restaurant/lobby bar.
Disliked: A/C - ventilation wasn't up to current hotel standards.
