This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy to access from the interstate; lovely staff; great rooms; a clean, warm pool, and a nice area on the first floor for snacks/drinks. I will stay here again!

Disliked: The front desk lady overcharged on my stay and even after trying to explain to her that the amount she was charging me wasn’t correct because I already had hd the amount with everything included she still tried to say it was wrong but after showing her proof then she realized she was wrong ! But still the fact that I haven’t gotten a refund ???

Disliked: Location was good but there was a lack of restaurants near the hotel so we ate at the “restaurant” in the hotel twice, both for supper. One night we were told the chef was on a mandatory break so we would have to wait 20 min to order. (We have kids, this didn’t work well). The other night, there was only one staff member, who was working behind the bar. He wouldn’t come to our table to give menus or take our order. He told us we had to go to the bar to be served. It was very odd. Food was poor for the price.Room was basic. No fridge or microwave.

Liked: It was clean and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: We had booked a room with a lake view and were given one without a view. The windows are not very sound proof for the amount of traffic on the streets!

Liked: The location is unbeatable and the courtesy water bottles were deeply appreciated. I stayed in a very comfortable room with enough space.

Comfortable stay for families

Liked: The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the gym and my kids liked the pool. There were several train lines nearby and the hotel was a 20 minute walk to Millenium park. The area was quiet but not much in the way of restaurants. It was a business area so not much activity during the weekend.
Disliked: The property was nice. I just would have liked more activity in the area.
