This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy to access from the interstate; lovely staff; great rooms; a clean, warm pool, and a nice area on the first floor for snacks/drinks. I will stay here again!

Liked: What I like is you cannot be on another floor unless that is your floor so I thought this is awesome. This will be my main place to go in Chicago. Except I got put across some very loud running teenagers. It would be helpful if maybe people with families were put on a different floor, but it did get handled so I appreciated that. Everyone was super friendly. I had requested a top floor, which they were very accommodating and put me at the end of the hallway. I had a great view very close to the parking garage and lyric Opera House.
