This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy to access from the interstate; lovely staff; great rooms; a clean, warm pool, and a nice area on the first floor for snacks/drinks. I will stay here again!

Disliked: We always request adjoining rooms on the same floor. However, we were given a main room for disabled guests, and my children’s room had a broken lock, so they had to be moved to a different floor. The new room they were assigned had no toilet paper; I asked for some, but they told me there was no staff available and I had to go get it myself. I requested daily room cleaning, but they came at 9 a.m., which is impossible to manage while on vacation. They only left the towels outside in a bag. Overall, we had a good time, but I doubt we would stay there again.
