This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy to access from the interstate; lovely staff; great rooms; a clean, warm pool, and a nice area on the first floor for snacks/drinks. I will stay here again!

Disliked: my room smelled like cigarette smoke. it was embedded in the sheets and the walls and it was disgusting. i called the front desk and they told me there were no more rooms. it was beyond disgusting.

Liked: Clean, up to date facilities, comfy beds, quiet, nice staff, and close enough to everything so u could walk to it without having to drive anywhere.
Disliked: Horrible parking and the places to park were $60 whether you park for an hour or all night.

Disliked: I booked a king bed room, when I checked in my room changed my room to a double bed room. Their explanation was that reservations via booking.com don’t get priority and the rooms are subject to change. They were all booked for king bed rooms, so they “upgraded” my room which wasn’t much of an upgrade in my opinion. There was no communication prior to my arrival stating the room was changed or I would have considering booking a different place or asking for a refund. Overall I was not happy about this specific situation experience and will think twice about booking here in the future.
