Overall a great hotel for a great price. Room was very spacious - included a mini fridge; desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the maid staff was very loud in the hallway in the morning when we were still trying to sleep.

Liked: 2 out of 3 days we were eating off polystyrene plates and drinking from polystyrene cups. This really is not acceptable.
Disliked: Was looking forward to a swim, but the pool was not open. Shame this was not noted anywhere.

Disliked: I had NO hot water in the shower. It was hot for like 1 minute and turned cold and with a family of 4 staying there, well lets just say the ladies were not happy.

Liked: We appreciate the hotel was pet friendly, however $75 pet cleaning fee for less than a 24 hr stay is overpriced.The water pressure was weak. The toilet often needed two flushes to move a number one and tissue down the toilet drain. The shower stream was weak, & the water temperature ranged from cool to slightly warmer than lukewarm. Unacceptable for any hotel to not have consistent hot water during showers. The breakfast was typical, scrambled eggs, sausage & pancakes. The staff was attentive. The hot food was hot, & plenty of fruit available, but no real selection of pastries or granola bars.The hotel's check out time was noon, which was good. We were able to have a late check out option at 2 pm, which was very helpful.The desk staff was prompt and professional & when called, responded quickly with extra towels. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious.

Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were not working AGAIN We have visited this particular hotel many times in the past 20 years and have had several visits with the pool being closed. There was NO HOT WATER on the day we arrived and the day we left. We could not shower and there were 4 of us
