Convenient but disappointing

Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned properly- goop on a lamp, crumbs and hair on the floor, dirty tub.There was only one microwave in the building for some reason, on the second floor, and it was completely filthy. No staff around to clean the microwave or counter. Ended up cleaning it myself with supplies from the bar. No shuttle service. Not enough outlets in the room. Fridge wasn't cold.
