It was mediocre, my boyfriend...
Liked: They were out of everything! They had no juice, no coffee, and barely enough food. There were no service members present to ask for anything either
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better if they refilled everything periodically

Superb
Liked: The front desk staff was very flexible and understanding of our being late to check out. The place was practically spotless, and the museum gave it a more storied background
Disliked: Our room looked out over a parking garage and the TV doesn't angle far enough to face the sofa head on.

Our night was pleasant
Liked: Great location, Friendly front desk staff and loved the large rooms
Disliked: Our room seemed a little dirty; floors mopped and light switch plates needed wiped down. Refrigerator in room did not work. And, breakfast had began to be taken down before 9a and with guest in line for food.

Convenient location
Liked: Beautiful building! The rooms were very nice! The bar area was very active.
Disliked: The staff could have been more friendly. Most acted as if they had better things to do other than interacting with guests. The bar could have stayed open longer considering it was a Saturday night and it was packed.

Liked: Good morning, I have contacted you 3 different times by phone number and anyone has gave me a solution for this double charge situation, for this stay, I paid the full amount upfront trough booking, but then, I received the full charge for the stay at my credit card (transaction that is not in hold or pending, but, that has been confirmed and approved in my credit card), I need this transaction to get reimbursed, I used parking that night, so I should be getting charged 30 dollars from my deposit, but no the full amount of my stay plus the 30 dollars parking, I need solution for this right now and the hotel personnel has not helped me out with this
