Great hotel to stay at...

Liked: The room was so spacious and just what we needed for a short day in the city! We were there for the Sabrina Carpenter concert and it was so convenient that the venue was so close via walking.
Disliked: The elevators were a but confusing, just wish we’d had some instruction on how it all worked but otherwise it was a great stay!

We had a nice time....

Liked: The room was clean and big with a nice bathroom. We had a great view of the city. I like that there was an option for alternative parking around the corner.
Disliked: We could hear the people in the hall very loudly (and they were not being loud), so that makes me think the walls are thin. Breakfast was set up weirdly...They only gave out paper plates and plastic cutlery, which was unexpected. Food was tasty, but the presentation of it was...cheap? The key card for the elevator was confusing to understand and operate. The front desk does not answer the phone. Had to call a few times at different times to talk to someone. We accidentally left a large personal item in the room after checkout. After noticing, we called around 5hrs after checkout. We called the staff to see if the item was there, but they told us that it wasn't, which makes be believe that a staff member probably pocketed the large item or didn't return it to lost and found...
