Good family stay near Ohare.

Liked: Great room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had pretty good options. The staff was courteous and were willing to help. The location was very good, close to Ohare.
Disliked: The only downside we experienced was that the room did not have a microwave. The breakfast area had one, so we had to go there and heat up.

Disliked: The AC is a split unit, and it's a little bit noisy because of the air flow sound.

Liked: Overall, I liked everything very much, a large room, a good breakfast for the whole family, close to the airport, and a quiet area around the hotel.
Disliked: I didn't understand why I was charged $7 twice after check-out. We didn't order anything extra during our short stay at the hotel, it was only one night. I wrote a message through Booking, but didn't get a response. The amount is not large, of course, but I just wanted to know what it was for.
