My stay at this hotel...

Liked: My stay at this hotel in Charlotte was mostly great. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was also good. However, I was disappointed with the service. We asked for towels and received them late, and on the fourth night, we requested room cleaning and fresh towels, but they never brought them. While everything else was wonderful, the service could definitely be improved. Overall, it was a good experience, but better attention to guest requests would make it even better.

Liked: Place has potential very nice renovations
Disliked: Checked into a dirty room. Shower was filthy, couch had stains and crumbs on it as if someone had just walked out not too long ago. There was also pizza on the floor. The beds were seemingly the only “clean” thing in our room. It was as if someone had started cleaning but never came back to finish the job. We immediately went back to the desk to ask for a room change or if housekeeping could just come finish cleaning and we were informed house cleaning was gone for the day and they had no other rooms for us. So we then asked if we could get any type of compensation and they told us no. They lady at the front desk came inside the room to take pictures to see if her manager would offer us points for a free nights stay but we never heard anything back from them so nothing was done they just were okay with taking our money in exchange for a dirty room.
