Overall a great place to stay. Close to downtown Charlotte and easy to find.

Liked: Clean room and very comfortable.
Disliked: Hot breakfast was warm, not hot. Disappointing.

Security Nightmare

Liked: The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very nice.
Disliked: Our car was broken into in a pay to park lot. No camera for exterior and found out that these types of thefts happen very often. Local police never answered to phone to file a report. Learned that another car was broken into the same night. Sad that a place like this can't reassure customers that a parking they charge for is basically a shopping mall for local theives.

Liked: Room was spacious for the 5 of us. Was in town celebrating my daughter's birthday & it was a great Location for all our activities.
Disliked: How you have to pay for parking, through the app.

Would not stay at this...

Liked: Room was fine. We were only there for one night. Staff was cordial.
Disliked: High cost. Had to pay additionally for parking?!?! Dated building / facilities. Breakfast did not match expectations given upon arrival.

Quiet nice location

Liked: Nice to have a sitting srea and small kitchen. Would have beeb nice to gave a microwave.
Disliked: We sat at the airport for an hour waiting on shuttle bus other guests had been there longer.. Not a good wsy yo welcome guests
