Overall a great place to stay. Close to downtown Charlotte and easy to find.

Liked: Clean room and very comfortable.
Disliked: Hot breakfast was warm, not hot. Disappointing.

Be cautious on the offer...

Liked: Location to the airport was the main reason we chose this hotel and it’s close - less than 15 min ride
Disliked: The other reason we chose it is that it offered an airport shuttle and made arrangements for the shuttle the next morning when we arrived that night - but when went down for the shuttle in the morning, they were too busy doing. Walmart runs for trainees that were staying at the hotel for a month. Not okay - if your site says you offer an airport shuttle - honor your offer, one otherwise don’t publicize it.

Disliked: The shuttle bus was not regular. I was unable to call for the shuttle bus as I do not have a phone registered in America, so had to ask strangers to call for me at the airport. I was waiting about an hour
