Liked: Great comfortable room with two queen beds and a full sofa bed. The room was clean and we had free breakfast included. The hotel is 10-15 minutes from downtown Charlotte which was perfect so you’re not in the middle of the business. Hotel was quiet and easy to check into.

Liked: Nothing...
Disliked: The fact that they did a "Bate and Switch"! After I took the bate of a "no refund, $99 room", I then get an email stating that I have to pay a $75 cleaning fee at the hotel! This almost doubles the cost, which is NO BARGAN PRICE!

Kindest staff, comfortable beds

Liked: The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about Carol. You have a valuable asset with your staff and they were better than any staff at the hotels we stayed at during our time in NC. Thank you ladies!
Disliked: One elevator didn’t go to 6th floor where we were located, button wasn’t working
