Do not stay in room 631 on the 6th floor - the fumes out of the shower smell like sulfur.

Disliked: Room 631 - smelled badly of sulfur coming from the bathroom.

Be sure to request a room on the side where there is no construction. Other than that it was a great location and a very nice place. Once construction around there is done I would love to come back.

Liked: Staff was friendly and place was clean.
Disliked: Was awakened at 7:30am by heavy construction - literally pounding steel.

Liked: Location! Bar upstairs and down, great view. Good communication by staff treated well by the Hyatt property as they rectified their standard, not being up to their typical level with credits and upgrades, this had to come from Hyatt and not from the staff on site
Disliked: We were only there for one night, but it was one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at in Charleston that is a hotel. I was very impressed.
