A great place to stay!

Liked: My wife and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Amherst hotel in Buffalo, and we had a wonderful experience. After we checked out, we realized we had left some of our belongings behind. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve them—they not only located our items but also arranged to have them shipped back to us. Their kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Thank you for your outstanding service! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and caring place to stay.

Liked: Size of room and bar in lobby. Nice breakfast included. Very safe & lit up parking. Very clean beds, bath, etc… in room
Disliked: Hot tub looked like needed scrubbing on bottom
