Liked: The staff was great. It was very convenient location for college tour. Breakfast included (could've used a slightly better selection of foods)
Disliked: Extra charges to my account that didn't match my receipts and the staff couldn't figure it out (spent 13 and change as well as 19 and and change, used my debit for the 19 charge and the other was a room charge. The room charge is showing as 43 and change. But reciept clearly is $13, the charges were for 1 adult beverage, 1 soda and 1 water). Also the train whistle and track noises hourly all night, so slept poorly. Wasn't aware there was a train a cpl blocks away or I'd have requested a new room opposite side of the building. Also when opening couch bed, my daughter found a debit card from a past guest which expired 2 years ago, so makes you wonder how well rooms are cleaned.

Excellent and convenient facility.

Liked: I liked the room and its amenities very well.
Disliked: The only thing I thought could have been better is that the lid on the trash can in the bathroom was dirty. It needed to be cleaned better.

Liked: Room was very clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: Going outside to the parking garage. It was raining hard.
