Nice place, bad parking.

Liked: Room was very nice, big and clean — and a good location.
Disliked: the parking was not convenient - It was difficult to unload and no free parking. The parking garage (for $25) was not attached to the hotel so was inconvenient.

The hotel was great, but...

Liked: Cleaning the room every day was fantastic!
Disliked: Parking was hard to find on the street, and when we found parking, it was a 2-3 blocks away, and we had to keep adding $ to the meter. We stayed for a week, so this was a big inconvenience. And the garage parking price is way too expensive! $25 a day??!!??!!!! When there are almost no options, this is a deal breaker. We will keep coming to see our son in Boulder, but we will not be staying at your hotel because of the expensive parking.

Liked: The evening desk staff (Crystal) was amazing! We had a rough travel experience . When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a warm smile some hot chocolate and a lot of compassion. I could have cried just talking to her. Thank you Crystal! You were an angel.
Disliked: Everything was great!
