The staff were wonderful and attentive. Signing up for the valet parking was easy and convenient. The check-in and checkout process was quick. My husband and I came for a late anniversary overnight stay. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Liked: The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were soooo sweet and helpful no matter what time of day it was. The food for breakfast and the bar was great, we loved Rosie! We were glad it was our home for the week!

Liked: The staff is extraordinary courteous and kind. Breakfast is delicious and includes an great variety. The gym is clean and has great equipment, and the hotel overall is very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I wish on-site parking we're free. The valet staff was hit-or-miss, and it's expensive in a city that is already pretty pricey.

Liked: There was a constant noise like a fan or something running all night.Can hear people slamming doors all next loud noises outside room.

Liked: It was great and there was inexpensive parking nearby. Bus stop is short walk and the public transportation can take you wherever you need to go!Breakfast was really nice and had offerings for variety of diets. Staff was great and super helpful.
Disliked: There were no negatives.
