The staff were wonderful and attentive. Signing up for the valet parking was easy and convenient. The check-in and checkout process was quick. My husband and I came for a late anniversary overnight stay. We were very happy with the whole experience.

An accommodating and nice hotel...

Liked: The location was very convenient for where our work event was! Also easy to find, very clean, and the staff were so accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The only thing I would criticize about it is the noise from the vent. When we would change the temperature in the room, the vent would kick on but it would make a LOT of noise. Most of the time, it would wake us up from our sleep or keep us up.

Liked: Great location. Big spacious and comfortable room. I had an issue with the heating on the first night and the staff were attentive, sent an engineer who fixed the problem and even enabled me to have a late check out.
