Liked: The day we checked in everything went well,this is why we gave good ratings.It drops down to a one rating the next morning. All based on the way we were treated.
Disliked: We were there the morning the fire broke out in Braintree. There was no communication. No sympathy. Everything done was unprofessional and unfriendly! Staff only cared about where to send the bill to. Gave us a Hyatt card and told us to go to Residency Inn for a discount price. Residency offered 1 day at discounted price. rest of the days hiked up to $161 per night!

Disappointing

Disliked: I recently experienced a very concerning situation at Hyatt Baintree. Due to a chemical fire, the facility was evacuated, and clients were left to find alternative accommodations on their own, with no assistance provided. This lack of support was extremely disappointing during an already stressful event.When I returned to my room to retrieve my belongings, I was exposed to strong chemical scents and was not offered any protective equipment, such as a mask. This neglect of basic safety measures was unacceptable and may have caused me to feel unwell afterward.Overall, the handling of this emergency was poorly managed, with no regard for the well-being of clients. I expected better crisis management and support. I hope the facility takes immediate action to improve their safety protocols and customer care in the future.
