Liked: Staff were friendly! We always like to stay at the Hyatt Place as it has room for all 6 of us. This was an older hotel and needs some refurbishment.

They got almost everything right

Liked: The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, offering a perfect overnight retreat. Truly, it would have worked for a much longer stay. The included breakfast, while not haute cuisine, had a nice array of choices.
Disliked: The trick $8 bottle of what I thought was complimentary water. "How nice, I thought" until I broke the seal and saw that I had just spent $8 for a 24 ounce bottle of Évian.
