Liked: Convenient location, breakfast was ok its been better in the past.
Disliked: Coffee was like syrup super gross and not hot. No hot water for oatmeal. We're going to stay next weekend, but had to find somewhere else. I went to book it the price double for the exact same room. We've stayed 3 times now and never paid over 300.00 for a room. it's always been 169. That's a turn off for me returning to your hotel.

Liked: The breakfast Needed more protein choices. The Canadian bacon was dry. The potatoes were blah the waffles were tasty if you can do carbs
Disliked: The giant spider!!that was in our room!! It was the same color as the carpet so I did not see it right off. Good thing my husband did! He stomped on it immediately! Pink mold in the shower

Also there jacuzzi was down.

Liked: The location was easy to find.
Disliked: I found a zen pouch in my bed and reported it, next morning I was told they would comp the night stay but it was never refunded to my credit card.

Fine for one night.

Liked: Convenient to shopping. Walk in shower, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Disliked: No hot water at night. Coffee was lukewarm.

Great Experience

Liked: The manager on duty was extremely helpful. When we didn't have a shower stool in our accessible room, she spoke to maintenance and located one for us. she also gave us extra pillows and a blanket.
Disliked: Nothing, really!
