Liked: Room was spacious.
Disliked: Room next to housekeeping.

Not worth the money.

Liked: The breakfast and coffee bar were nice. The downstairs bar and amenities and location was great.
Disliked: The room was dirty and smelled stale. The walls, behind the bed, bathroom, hallways and elevator were all very dirty not what you would expect from a hyatt at all. I understand this is a order location. Things can be old and not dirty. This way dirty. We went to the pool Friday at 9am...no towels..they said no one from night shift stocked up..the pool opened at 6am...3 hours prior. We had to wait over 30 mins just for towels. The room would not get lower than 73 degrees.. after several complaints maintenance finally told me there are sensors in the room to keep the ac from running. He had to take it out of the wall just to get a decent temperature.

Liked: A decent breakfast
Disliked: For a nice pool area, 12 lounger, which 4 were falling apart was not very nice. Basically you were lucky if you got a seat at the pool. Since our stay was oriented around relaxing at the pool, we were really disappointed. When asked about the loungers the response was, they are on back order; not an acceptable response.

Liked: Great hotel almost feels luxurious in the lobby but the rooms are the standard Hyatt rooms with familiar furniture
Disliked: That the room are only on 7th floor upwards due to car park on the floors below

Liked: Stayed here often. They never disappoint. Mark was the friendliest!! Everyone well trained

Great location but no good...

Liked: Very convenient location: close to the beach, and next to many restaurants. Easy access to I-95. You can park at hotel. For us it was free. The room was clean. All people at the front desk were very helpful. Great swimming pool and the gym.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't good for that level of hotel: poor variety of ingredients and no taste at all.
