I'd stay again in a heartbeat!
Liked: From the second we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful and even greeted me by name because they remembered my call from days earlier! The room was clean and spacious - really lovely. And the only real downside was that we couldn't stay longer!
Disliked: Only wish there had been benches and ashtrays outside the exits for smokers! Even I think it's important to keep the rooms smoke-free.

Liked: Nice lobby area. Friendly staff. Conveniently located.
Disliked: Seemed understaffed. Early in the morning the first floor restrooms needed attention. They also had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast crowds. Room was fine, but felt very old compared to the outside and lobby area.

Liked: The bartender was amazinggggg. We had an awesome time at the bar. All the employees I encountered were nice and accommodating. I will be back.

Liked: The location to the event I was attending
Disliked: Check in was not the best. Had my Id out on the counter for agent to check but she failed to check and assumed I was another person checking in… tried to argue with me that I booked through a 3rd party, which I repeatedly told her how I booked my stay. toilet seat was not the correct size and would’ve been nice to have some instant grits or oatmeal

Please dust and sweep EVERY...
Disliked: My room wasn’t clean. It had Cobb webs in it. Please have housekeeper clean more thoroughly like the corners and under and beside air conditioners!!

I expected better from Hyatt.
Liked: Desk with lamp that was used when laptop was in use and the chair was adjustable. Ice bucket was a nice size and prevented multiple trips to the ice machine that was not only floor. In the event there was more than the two of us, the sectional provided space for others to sit comfortable. The TV rotated to accommodate from any position in the room. Linen was of good quality.
Disliked: The sink was not in a private area, but at the foot of the bed in an open area. The toilet was positioned too close to the door making it impossible to enter the room without adjusting my body to sit on the toilet and close the door. The sliding door of the shower was off of the track.
