We were surprised to walk into a spacious, attractive room. The staff, especially at check in were incredibly nice and helpful. The town is nice with lots of shops and restaurants.

We had a nice experience there. The breakfast is good and there is small bar and sundries spot at the front desk. The staff was extremely pleasant. The hotel seemed very clean. Had to walk to downtown but that was very close. We would return.

Disliked: Parking is across the street at the parking garage but hotel pays for it so that is nice.

I was VERY pleased with our room and the staff you employ. I can't think of anything to complain about! Apparently I have stayed in other hotels with lower standards, because I was blown away at how nice the accommodation was at your hotel! If ever I have a need to stay in the Bethlehem area again, I am definitely coming to your location!

Liked: Great breakfast; spacious rooms. I appreciated that the rooms were not made up every day which is more sustainable.
Disliked: Parking fees used to be free in the garage close by and are now charged extra.,The fitness center is very small and poorly equipped.

Liked: Great location on the edge of downtown. The staff was excellent and accommodating when I wanted a room on a higher floor.Parking for $12/day was a little pricey, but so convenient to have the garage across the street.Room is typical Hyatt quality: Comfy bed and pillows, good shower, in a mini suite with a couch and desk separate from the sleeping area. Breakfast was the usual fare- but a step up from other free breakfasts- eggs a bit fluffier, bacon plentiful. Good coffee.We actually are coming back for another stay.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Disliked: Our room was dusty we also had to ask for extra towels and pillows . I swiped my had across the ledge of the tv and my hand turned white because it was full of dust .
