Disappointing that the facilities was...
Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The room was not as described. It was very small, old, outdated, smelled like mold.

Bad experience.

Disliked: The Manager is very rude while talking with her, they already took money out of my account and made me leave saying I paid for one night and w paid for two.Management walked off while I was talking to her, and when asked for her name ignored me. I might was upset, which I had every right, not one time I cursed at her, nor said anything to disrespect her. I wouldn’t recommend nor will I ever stay there. Plus, for the price furniture needs to be updated. Not happy with this place at all. Very very disappointed.

BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL....
Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location if you have business in Owing Mills. Really like that little town. Pool was nice, I was the only one there. Felt like I had the whole 6th floor to myself. Never saw any other people on that floor.
Disliked: Main problem was Booking.com. I decided to stay another day. So went down and told the front desk. Thats when confusion reigned. They said no you can't do that you must contact Booking.com. So went back to my room and called B.com. After 20-minute wait got to talk to a csr. They said no changes are allowed but they would try to contact Hyatt and ask if I could stay an extra day. Were somehow not able to contact Hyatt, phone kept hanging up, so they sent an e-mail which Hyatt said they never got. Went back to front desk and told them B.com is unable to contact you through phone or e-mail. Desk clerk said they would call me in my room when it was resolved. Gave her my cell # as I had business to attend to and cannot just sit in my room all day waiting for things to be settled. Never heard back. Later that day my room entry card stopped working, went to the front desk 2nd shift clerk and explained all of the above. She had an assistant accompany me to my room and somehow got a new card to open the door. Clerk said they would charge me same price for another night. Next morning went to check out and the desk clerk said you are already checked out. Strange! So am back home now getting e-mails from B.com telling me to contact Hyatt. Now I notice on my credit card is charges for two nights which is correct plus another charge for $176 ?????? Guess now will have to contact Hyatt or my credit card company to get it removed.
