Facility was great, staff was...

Liked: I like the extra room of the suite. The breakfast personnel was warm, personable, and helpful. She was the only bright spot for the staff.
Disliked: The staff. Of the 7 or 8 staff I saw, only one smiled. The check-in staff person did not welcome of greet us at all. I was curtly asked for my ID. Staff seemed to care less if we were there. Young female staff at desk was on her cell phone a lot.

Unpleasant!!

Liked: We had a unpleasant stay! It was a crucial day for our child’s first acro meet, so we chose a good hotel to ensure she could get ready on time. Unfortunately, she had to get ready using very cold water since there was no hot water supply. We contacted the front desk, but they informed us there was a breakdown that couldn’t be fixed in time. No alternatives were provided either.
Disliked: No hot water
