Disliked: The only thing was there is no microwave in the room. Rooms was still cold after adjusting thermostat

Disliked: The hotel kept my deposit, although they claimed to have released it.... it had been close to 1 month since my stay

Liked: The staff was awesome very welcoming and accommodating
Disliked: The property was not clean the carpets were filthy with candy and gum stuck to them, the air conditioning unit did not work, the toilet was leaking so I had to use several towels to soak it up, the shower to use the hot water mad a horrible loud noise the entire time unless I washed up in cold water only , was out of extra pillows and pillow cases . The mini fridge barely got cold , sofa bed was filthy, Had access to one microwave but only available after 10 am so my child with special needs had to wait to eat his breakfast hours after waking due to no microwave . If it was not for the staff I would have left my first night requesting for a full refund .

Disliked: No microwave in room, we have some food wanted to warm up for late night snack. Had to eat it cold
