Liked: The room was elegantly appointed and offered an exceptionally spacious environment. Its high ceilings contributed to a sense of openness, while large windows permitted ample natural light, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. The carefully arranged furnishings were both functional and aesthetically pleasing, reflecting a commitment to comfort and style.
Disliked: We arrived in Baltimore late on Thursday evening and received a notification indicating that our reserved room was unavailable for check-in. As a result, we were accommodated at an alternative hotel located 20 minutes away for the night, with the assurance that we could return to the Hyatt the following day to check into our original reservation. Upon our arrival at the Hyatt around 3 PM the next day, the room was still not ready, requiring us to wait for the housekeeping staff to complete the cleaning process before we could check-in. Additionally, I noted that the air conditioning in the room was not functioning optimally.

Disliked: Some of the staff were not welcoming. One of the morning ladies was on her phone taking personal calls with air pods in while dealing with guests. Very unprofessional.
