Liked: Powdered eggs were disgusting, the rest of the selections were just ok Location was excellent
Disliked: Room was clean but dated, no USB plug ins on the furniture for chargers

Good place but this time...

Liked: We had stayed before. As always it is greatly located for our purposes. The staff is friendly and the place has been well kept over the years.
Disliked: The service of cleaning and changing towels. Probably due to the dates of end of year. But room service was quite bad and response from staff to provide new towels very slow.

Disliked: That I had to wait 2 1/2 hrs for them to clean a room for me and my family. Since we had check in between 2_3pm!!! This was upsetting, because I already have made reservations 1 day before. And I still had to wait a long time for us to get our room, which I have paid for a day before!! That is unacceptable. I have never gone through this stress. Add any hotel?Did I have traveled.

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned well. Dust and leafs were on the carpet. Hotel management should plan properly incase they are allowing buch of kids in the building, so that they disturb other people.There were lot of kids in the hotel that day who were running back and forth in the corridor late night. It was disturbing my 6 months old baby's sleep. Hotel Management should at least put some notice to keep maintain silence al least in the corridors.
