Hopefully the road work will be over soon. That was terribly annoying, especially driving from the Columbia County PAC in the dark.
Liked: Comfortable, spacious room.
Disliked: My husband is big on breakfast and wasn't impressed with yours, but my fruit was fine.

Liked: The hotel was clean, and staffed with some of the nicest people on the planet ! The included breakfast was much better than I expected. Plenty of choices and nicely presented.

Didn't get to stay at...
Disliked: My 72 year old mother arrived at the property around 3:30pm to check-in and was immediately told there were no room available. She was told that they tried to make contact to tell us they couldn't honor the reservation, but no call or emails were received from the property. So I'm not sure how true that was. My mother felt the front desk worker was rude and dismissive to her and made her feel extremely devalued as a human. Dealing with the stress of the aftermath of the hurricane, we know everyone is tired and on edge, but the workers should be treating every guest or anyone that comes in with respect.
