Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/Windward Parkway, Alpharetta

The Hyatt Place Atlanta is a first class place to stay. Very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. I would recomend this to anyone needing a place in Alpharetta. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rate was very affordable, and the location was perfect for dining and night life. Will definitely be staying at Hyatt Place again.

Liked: Great room; plenty of space; clean environment; friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: There was no body wash provided in the room, and the hand soap I had to use burned my skin.

Ant Infestation

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room was musty, lock on the door didn’t work so I had to use furniture to barricade the door to feel safe. And the worst part is there was an ant infestation in my bathroom and I didn’t end up staying for the 2nd night because it was so bad.

DIRTY ROOM AND RUDE FRONT...

Liked: Nothing! Staff was rude/ the room was nasty / facilites in general need more attention
Disliked: The room was dirty / sheet stained / carpeta dirty / the room smeel like dog pee / bathroom stained and dirty with hairs

Disliked: I stayed at the hotel because it was right down the street from my house. My air conditioner had been out for three days and my house was 90°. We went to a hotel to get some relief. Upon arriving the staff at the desk was not even remotely friendly. When I arrived in my room, we found that the cover to the bed was dirty. The ice bucket was dirty and had water in it. It was hard to sleep because the unit of the air conditioning was so loud. The position of the TV was even weird there was nothing about it that I would ever suggest that anyone should go there again. And I have been staying in hotels for the last 30 years of my life as I am a frequent traveler, I have never stayed at a Hyatt very often.
