Don’t stay here!!! Price GOUGE...

Liked: Absolutely nothing! Stay away if at all possible don’t even consider staying here especially when there is an event in town they will GOUGE you beyond belief and take advantage of you because everywhere else is booked up!! Ridiculous costs for a terrible gross stay! Don’t eat breakfast either it’s a joke. Cold eggs cold sausage, dirty silverware and disgusting plates for food. Absolutely gross and very unsanitary!! Not to mention the terrible service at front desk! Rude and had an RBF! I can’t stress enough how this place is so not worth what they charge!!

Liked: Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was only decent. I expected better. The French toast sticks were dry and tough both mornings we ate. I had hoped the second morning might bring a different option like pancakes. The yogurt and fresh fruit were good. Staff turned off the lights in the eating area 5 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end. That was quite rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Definitely expected better from the Hyatt. Parking was so expensive.

Fabulous location, amazing staff, and...

Liked: The location was perfect. We love being able to walk to different places.
Disliked: The parking was expensive in my opinion. Also, we didn’t get enough towels and wash cloths for our stay. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t pretty bad.
