We stayed for a concert. From the time we entered the lobby to check out there were issues. The room key system was having issues and one of the girls at the front desk got rude with several guests when their keys didn't work. I was provided 3 different sets of keys, none of which worked. The shuttle did not run often enough so we were unable to get the shuttle post concert and we're left scrambling trying to find transportation. Additionally we were starving when we got back to the hotel and were going to order from the advertised 24/7 galley only to be told they didn't have any food. Overall it really was a poor experience, my second bad experience at a Hyatt Place in less than two months. I will be thinking twice the next time about booking with Hyatt.

We were in town for an event at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. Hyatt Place offered shuttle service which is a major plus in an unfamiliar area! The staff was professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. The king bed room was clean and comfortable. A nice set up offering many amenities. There was a very nice breakfast available, that we did take advantage of, the next morning. Should we attend an event here again we WILL look for accommodation at your establishment first! We thank you!

Disliked: My room was not ready at check in, I had to wait 30 minutes. I was not expecting an additional $50 refundable room deposit for damages.

Liked: The complimentary Breakfast was good other than because of the construction that we weren’t notified about was in a back room.
Disliked: We were not notified of complete hotel renovation during our two night stay. The noise and the dust was terrible. The had the hallways by the elevators stacked with dusty hotel furniture and extension cords strung everywhere.

Liked: The property was clean, beds were comfortable and it had breakfast. But I didn’t eat any breakfast!
Disliked: The property was under construction. I was suppose to have a double queen bed room but they gave me a king bed room! Wasn’t enough room for 5 people! I tried calling the front desk on two occasions and no one answered!
