We stayed for a concert. From the time we entered the lobby to check out there were issues. The room key system was having issues and one of the girls at the front desk got rude with several guests when their keys didn't work. I was provided 3 different sets of keys, none of which worked. The shuttle did not run often enough so we were unable to get the shuttle post concert and we're left scrambling trying to find transportation. Additionally we were starving when we got back to the hotel and were going to order from the advertised 24/7 galley only to be told they didn't have any food. Overall it really was a poor experience, my second bad experience at a Hyatt Place in less than two months. I will be thinking twice the next time about booking with Hyatt.
Liked: The close proximity to the venue.
Disliked: The service was below par; there were severe issues with the key system; the shuttle did not run often enough and there was virtually no food available from their advertised 24/7 galley kitchen.

We were in town for an event at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. Hyatt Place offered shuttle service which is a major plus in an unfamiliar area! The staff was professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. The king bed room was clean and comfortable. A nice set up offering many amenities. There was a very nice breakfast available, that we did take advantage of, the next morning. Should we attend an event here again we WILL look for accommodation at your establishment first! We thank you!
Liked: Convenience to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, dining and shopping; shuttle service.
Disliked: Microwave in room would be nice if staying more than a night.

Loved the shuttle bus to Verizon. Everyone was so nice. Great room.

Needs improvement
Liked: Rooms were clean and large
Disliked: They charged me twice without letting me know. I got charged at check in and check out. Manager said check in was an authorisation fee. My stay was $227..check in i was charged $327 and 2 days later at check out i was charged $227 again..was told I should receive my authorisation fee back within 3- 5 days. Absolutely ridiculous. Breakfast was horrible. Bagels were hard, fruit was moldy, sausage burnt..French toast tasted blend and soggy.

Comfy but still needs work
Liked: Close to shops and restaurants
Disliked: Renovations have disturbed the space so we encountered a few baby roaches in the room. I wanna say five total. The bathroom is TINY and I don’t like how the sink/vanity is in view of the bedroom.
