Liked: The location is great & the room was very clean & comfortable. The staff was always responsive and courteous.
Disliked: The elevators were constantly an issue. At least 1 was not working the entire duration of our stay. Getting up to the roof top appeared to be another issue. At times that elevator was stuck & required additional assistance from staff. I will not choose to stay here again because of the price. This is not a $600/night value. I realize we are in a college town with very high demand but this cost is absurd relative to the value.

Liked: This hotel felt very luxurious and comfortable. My son and I were there for a conference (right next door) and it was such a wonderful experience. The hotel provided every service you could think of. The breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: There was not anything I did t like.

Liked: Great location, beautiful view from room was spectacular. Very nice hotel, but water issue was very disappointing.
Disliked: Water issue- pipes broke, had to make sure brown water was removed fr faucet before using. Then at the rooftop bar, shut down because of water issue. Then the restaurant was shut down due to the water issue. I was not prepared to have to go out to eat after a four hour drive to the hotel. Disappointed
