Great location, breakfast and facility....

Liked: The location was great and I felt safe.
Disliked: The property was great, the evening front desk lady could have been friendlier. We asked for towels as we went into the pool around 9pm and there was 1 towel left. She refilled the towels. When we were leaving the pool (9:30-9:45) another large group showed up, we didn’t want to take all of the freshly stocked towels so my daughters went to the front desk to ask for towels for our room. She told them she just gave them towels, which she didn’t, she refilled the pool towels. As a family of 5, we needed extra towels to shower in our rooms. Please don’t make us feel like we are a bother to you at work, where you’re at to do a job.

I absolutely loved the hotel....

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. The variety was very good and the food actually tasted good. The condiments had great choices as well. We usually book Marriott but I think we are changing to Hyatt. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
