Not a great choice of...

Liked: They would not allow us to check in early after a 21 hour drive from Texas - we arrived at 8am. Front desk was extremely rude, and my family and I had nowhere to sleep or rest after such a long drive. We had to kill time in the car and walking around the beach, but that was exhausting. When we were finally able to check in at 3pm, our room was still not clean. They had to assign us a new room that was cleaned prior because ours had not been made ready in time. The floor in the room was full of sand. The sliding doors to separate the king bed from the bunk beds did not close all the way - left my husband and I with very little privacy after paying extra for a family suite. We were not given any water or accommodations the entire 3 day stay. No laundry facility in the building. Overall, not a great choice and we’ll never stay here again.

Liked: lovely friendly staff; great location to get to disneyland; high price for the quality and level of service, but you're paying to get to disneyland...; freshly prepared breakfast every day
Disliked: hotel felt a bit tired and i felt the price was very high; very limited local amenities and poor restaurant choices (i think you are supposed to spend all day at disneyland!!)

Liked: Room is large, location is good.
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic for the price you pay for the room. No restaurant, bar very basic, gym also very small. In general I was expecting more for 500 USD per night.
