Liked: Location, room, facilities, staff were all wonderful! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking was super easy and convnetient.
Disliked: The dining room was very cold at breakfast

Disliked: The mattress was poor. There were two (2) lightweight bedspreads and no blankets. While the bathroom seemed up to date operationally, fixtures, etc.; clearly the room was something out of the Late 1990's-Early 2000's; especially the mattress which was not comfortable al all. Considering the lodging location (Washington, D. C.) is in a highly competitive area; why would you NOT want to ensure satisfaction? Lodging is viewed by many if not all patrons as a clean, comfortable, safe space to rest and refresh. I hope you understand.

intolerable loud ventilation - impossible...

Liked: Excellent location.Friendly staff. The room was clean and very spacious.
Disliked: The ventilation in the bedroom is so noisy it is intolerable to sleep.when I turned it off, the bedroom got very cold so I needed to keep it on. I adjusted the thermostat to a lower temperature but every time the heating turned on it woke me up and the noise was very loud and annoying. I stayed in the 17th floor and do not recommend it. The following morning I was exhausted for being unable to sleep.

Liked: The room was large and generally very clean when we arrived.
Disliked: The bathroom was not very clean and there was an unexpected pet fee when we arrived as well as parking was more than we expected. Overall, its seemed a bit overpriced.
