Liked: Common areas and room were clean.
Disliked: Be warned if here on a warm day in the summer. Room temperature hot and you can’t drop the temperature beyond a certain point. Bonus - if you like white noise in your room — the bathroom fan can’t be turned off. Bedside lamp also flickered - but don’t worry you can use the Alaskan sun coming around the edges of the shade to read by at night. That said, the real problem here is the management who is clearly trying to wring every last dollar out of this place. Supposedly they have an airport shuttle but when we called the number it just rang and rang. After paying for an Uber we arrived to check in to wait and speak with the one and only desk clerk who did know how to solve the problems of the customer in front of us. The manager arrived and instead of jumping in and helping the many others now waiting she joined the clerk so they both could stare at the same computer screen. When she did get to us she offered us a discount on our room but told us to come back to get it since there was such a long line. We came back the next day and the young clerk obliged but offered us $100 off since she didn’t know how to calculate 10 percent — which worked in our favor. Unfortunately, when we checked out the discount hadn’t actually been applied. Another poorly trained clerk looked like a deer in the headlights as she texted back and forth with someone to learn what to do. Finally she gave up and told us it would be corrected later as another long line formed behind us. Luckily Uber works better than Hyatt and we left.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and plenty of it but never hot.
Disliked: I stayed eight nights at a cost of $3969, about $550 a night. Most hotels would supply you with clean towels and clean the room, not here. I got the room cleaned twice in seven days only after asking every morning and stating I was going to bring my dirty towels and trash to lobby. NO ONE CARES Just pay the money and don't disturb us

Disliked: Not clean in the room when we arrived. Elevators were dirty and no one vacuumed them during our stay. Breakfast choices were minimal.
