Disliked: Reception staff were unhelpful and rude when I phoned to explain there had been a misunderstanding with the booking location. Despite advising the staff in advance of the booking mixup, they were unaccommodating and inflexible. Very disappointing. We lost 100% of our booking charge despite not even using the hotel room! Very poor customer service and therefore I would not recommend this chain or hotel.

Liked: The facility and staff were nice.
Disliked: The pet fee was outrageous. I was ok that the room price was high in relation to other hotels in the area but the pet fee of $75 was twice as much as other hotels and should have been disclosed before my booking became non refundable.
