Disliked: We stayed 6 days they did offer us housekeeping every other day but they did the bare minimum for the days that we stayed. The glass cups we used were not replaced and they were left there. They made the bed but I would have preferred a change of sheets at least. The bathroom could have been freshened up and maybe sweep the floors. I mean we were a family of 5.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff

Liked: Beautiful new clean facility with helpful front desk staff Also liked the well equipped bright clean gym. The breakfast was very good food, served in a nice buffet with plenty if seating
Disliked: Disappointed that pool heater was broken and i was not able to swim. I selected this hotel bc of the pool

Disliked: The heater was on for the whole night 80F . we also switched on the AC, but the AC was not working. Then we complained , no room available at that time and finally they refund the money and we check out 2am middle of the night with kid 😵‍💫
