Disliked: Stayed two nights and housekeeping never came. Staff at desk was very helpful in providing what was needed.

Liked: Staff is wonderful. Breakfast was great each morning ( like that they switch it up a little) Great water pressure in the shower. Beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed the Westside Grill a few evenings. Super awesome waitress ( sorry, I can't remember her name)
Disliked: The HVAC unit in the room is disruptive when sleeping. It's not a great use of space to have a unit in the room, too. More drawer space and closet space would have been appreciated. Floors need to be thoroughly cleaned. Didn't look dirty, but when I didn't have my slippers on the bottom of my feet, they were dirty. ( brown) A little more attention to an overall cleaning in the bathroom and room is necessary. (Dusty, toilet needs a better cleaning) I used disinfectant wipes to temporarily bring to a satisfactory state.better lighting and a stronger exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a plus I was disappointed that coffee was not available around the clock. The majority of hotels have coffee available 24 hours
