Liked: New construction. Multiple floors so lodgers are spread out and largely quiet.
Disliked: Room wasn’t particularly clean on arrival. Also, housekeeping attempted entry with sign hung, 2 hours prior to checkout.

Very nice stay

Liked: The staff here are very nice and the location is fantastic. The lobby and common areas are always clean and comfortable with plenty of places to sit, meet with people, or work. The view was also nice. Overall we were happy and will be back but there were a few small details we were not happy with.
Disliked: A full breakfast was offered for all guests which is lovely however, the food was always overcooked and cold and some staff that worked were better than others at making sure things were labeled, areas were clean, and things were filled. Coffee was only offered until 11 am and cold water was not easily available throughout the day. Our other complaint was about the restaurant on site. We did not eat there as it was a tad more on the pricey side. Most Hyatt's have a small bar with more affordable sandwiches and items available which we actually prefer more.
