Poor

Liked: I was able to control the TV with my phone.
Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE. As a solo traveler visiting for Thanksgiving I did not like that the only parking was in a parking garage a good distance away. I was told the hotel would validate my parking for the week I stayed, as the parking garage charged $13 a day. However when I checked in, the desk clerk did not give me the parking pass. It was not until the day I checked out with a different desk clerk, that I even learned about the parking pass, and that he could not validate my parking, or take the cost off my bill. He said the manager would call me but never did. I called back and got the run around and never got the compensation like I was told. In addition, when you order food service, they do not bring the food up to the room, (like every other hotel) which I didn't learn until I got sick and stayed in my room. Because I felt uncomfortable leaving my room, I didn't eat the entire day because of this rule, which only made me feel worse. I could not even use an outside delivery service. Also the room was dark due to poor dim lighting. I would never recommend this hotel.
