Liked: The lobby, bar, outdoor area in the evening. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
Disliked: The coffee was weak and watery. I would have liked a bottle of flavored creamer instead of little pods.

Liked: Roomy, cozy, clean, quiet , nice breakfast. Liked night light in bathroom.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Disliked: I called about their defective shower doors and none of the staff could care less about helping resolve the issue. I asked for a new room, said hey we’re sold out. Asked for someone to help me with the shower doors and they said, they could not promise someone would be there to help me. I was not impressed. I emailed the property on Booking.com and yet to receive a response.

Liked: We were traveling for a concert and the hotel was within walking distance.
Disliked: They didn't have a microwave in the room.

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Very new, very clean, and wonderful staff. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe. There were no issues or concerns, and I will definitely be staying here again if I go back to Albany.

Nice stay

Liked: Excellent staff, very nice and helpful. Everything very clean and rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in line with other similar hotels.
Disliked: No parking available. Closest parking is max 8$ for 24h, what is reasonable, and it’s walking distance, but I would not feel comfortable walking there at night by myself. Other than that, shower doesn’t meet expectations, very low water pressure.
