Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location especially anyone going to universal parks. Free breakfast bar was great, most hotels do not offer that anymore. The price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Breakfast bar should be a bit more clear for non dairy items for coffee. I had to ask an employee and she was not the friendliest about it which was disappointing because the rest of the stay was great.

Perfect getaway for couple visit...

Liked: Fantastic and enthusiastic staff, modern and spotless clean rooms, big rooms with bed and sofa, convenient location to Orlando resort, Tesla Destination charger available (one of the reasons why we chose this hotel), overall a good atmosphere in the hotel, would come back again.
Disliked: nothing to mention here.

Exceptional

Liked: The front desk person was outstanding. We came from getting off a cruise to the airport and came at like 1030am on a Sunday and she had us in a room by 1130! I also booked the wrong Hyatt Place and she helped with that too plus gave us the key before it all cleared up on her computer. Oh we also ate some leftovers from breakfast before they cleared it away.
Disliked: Hot Breakfast choices could've changed but no real complaints. Couch in the room could've been softer.
