Liked: Location excellent, room very nice and clean but next to the ice machine which woke us up 3 times. Staff at the front desk is amazing! So accommodating! So close to Universal...right across the street! Bar at the Hyatt House had great drinks and apps!

Liked: Ms, James went above & beyond to accommodate my family after we informed her of flight issues due to weather conditions that could of possibly delayed/canceled our flight. I appreciate her so much! Great customer service. Breakfast was also appreciated. However, toilets are very low for people with knee injury.

Disliked: I booked because shuttle to universal was advertised. When I got to the hotel there was no one to take the reservations and there was just like couple times to leave and to return which were not convenient, the reservation could only be in person. I was told there was only one small shuttle. I had to pay extra transportation to the park.
