Liked: Large rooms with great views. Excellent location, walkable to food and bars. No chairs in balcony, shower water lukewarm and decor is dated. The jacuzzi was being repaired.

Liked: The property was fine
Disliked: Booking was my problem with this stay. I rented a vip room with two rooms for three people. As displayed on bookings site, I should have had a room with one king and one queen bed, instead, I find that I only had one king bed and a sleep sofa. This was not what I was lead to believe I had. Hyatt’s website was accurate, but bookings was not. I had to purchase another room for my stay. This was a terrible experience! I’m thinking I will book my rooms in the future without bookings.

Disliked: Room wasn't the cleanliest. First room was clearly not properly checked and cleaned. And the second room was a lot better but wasn't the cleanliest. Toilet and shower was stopped up. I stay at Hyatt's all the time and its always been clean and great, including the first time I stayed at this particular hotel was great. This time around I was not amused for the price that I had to pay.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the location was close to downtown so convenient for restaurants and shops
Disliked: Very tired looking property, needs a major refurb. The rooms and common areas looked dirty. The sheets weren't ironed properly, were very wrinkled.

Disliked: The place was completely out dated. Very disappointed in Hyatt!It was a very special occasion and the room, hallways and pool areas were very rundown looking, especially for the price we were paying!Service and food were excellent! I’ll have to think twice before booking a Hyatt again! Just have never been to such a run down looking Hyatt.
