Wonderful Stay!

Liked: The pool and hot tub were amazing. Shower had great water pressure. Comfy bed and seating. Spacious room. Delightful aesthetic. The tub was perfect. Nice view from the room. Really loved staying here! Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The hot water in the morning seemed to not be fully available; temperature fluctuated occasionally.

Liked: Property is very pretty. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, the restaurant staff were very nice.
Disliked: The woman at front desk would not let my husband and 4 year old son check in while I was at a show at Drury Lane until I called the hotel. But I didn't know to call because I was at a play and they tell you to turn off your phone while in the performance. The play was 2&1/2 hours long. Luckily a manager came by and got them checked in.

Disliked: The beds were a bit uncomfortable and you can hear noise from the hallways and doors slamming.

Liked: Loved the location. The hotel is surrounded by a small forest and a picturesque pond. Perfect for taking a stroll anytime of the year.
Disliked: I was very surprised that rooms are not equipped with microwaves. Another negative for me was the microscopic size of the room fridge - it literally could fit only a new bottles of water.
