Liked: Room was lovely and cozy, loved the swimming and steam room availability
Disliked: Food in hearth Cafe was absolutely disgusting. Food came cold, fries lard sticks, my burger cold, all the way down to the onions even cold. Completely inedible. French onion soup cold and the bread tossed on top with cheese was microwaved to death, leaving in hard and chewy. This even after soaking in the broth bath of the soup. I'll never recommend anyone to eat at your establishment. 20 just for a burger and fries you can't eat. 8 for the soup. I should've sent everything back but the kids were hungry. I relied on your hotel to be able to also feed us, as we got there late and it was too cold to just run with the kids out again. Not to mention, the bar taking preference and the drunk crowd while me and my young children had to deal with that during dinner. If we come back I'd have to make sure we don't need anything besides the room.
