Superb

Liked: I visit this facility at least once a month and the experience is always good. This time it was remarkable. The room was spotless, food was great, and the staff was wonderful. A special thank you to Roland at the front desk. He is always so kind and welcoming when you arrive or depart. It really matters when you are travelling from far away places to be greeted by someone like him.

Would stay again!

Liked: Clean, spacious and helpful staff. The morning breakfast was filling. Staff was helpful to answer questions about allergies. I’m glad the windows in our room opened.
Disliked: Our room was very hot( 77 degrees). I’m sure the staff could have helped if I notified them. But I just couldn’t get the room cooler, even with the thermostat set at 65. Overall, no big deal since I could open the window.

It was okay.

Liked: It is close to New Rochelle.
Disliked: Isolated and far from anything worth walking to and bare minimum room amenities.

Liked: everything except the breakfast . you need to come very early if you want to grab some food .. most of the time , the employees didnt fill the food . its a shame , because everything was good
