Dirty and loud

Liked: Staff was accommodating and nice.
Disliked: Lobby is beautiful but I could tell the actual room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was debris left on the carpet along with hair behind the bed and everything was very dusty. I thought Hyatt was a good name so I chose it to stay for a conference I had. I will not be back due to the fact the rooms were not clean or updated. Get rid of carpet. You can also hear the neighbors loud and clear.Continental breakfast should run until 10am.

Best hotel I ever stayed...

Liked: The room had a full kitchen, which I did not expect. They made omelets to order, which I found to be exceptional. In many ways, it was the best hotel I have ever seen. The staff was friendly, helpful, and thoughtful.
Disliked: The TV was very slow to respond to remote commands. I would have liked an easy-to-listen-to music channel. They had seasoning instead of pepper at breakfast, and the toaster didn't toast well.
