Spectacular setting. Comfortable but not...

Liked: Spectacular setting with a 180 degree view of the ocean from the balcony. We could see dolphins frolic in the water.
Disliked: The pool was uninviting - more a large bathtub than a pool. Its surroundings were basic - not a nice place to hang. The breakfast was copious but tasteless and served with plastic cutlery and paper cups/plates. Felt more like a fast food place than a hotel breakfast. The website listed a spa but there was no spa. Parking is not included and is not on site: $20/night. Wifi was not consistently available and very slow. We ended up using our cell service most of the time.

Liked: Front desk staff and housekeeping exceptional. Also staff for breakfast. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and we all loved the Boardwalk! A little surprised your restaurant facilities hours of operation for dinner and bar were limited. Hyatt on the Oceanfront is an absolute dream come true!
Disliked: Upon checkout on Monday morning early the front desk person seemed indifferent but perhaps main job was night audit and it would have been end of a long nightly shift
