Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable
Disliked: walking to the parking garage. Parking fees were pretty high and I might have avoided the hotel if I realized it earlier.

Liked: The room was fantastic. It was very large and comfortable. The view was fantastic. The staff at your hotel were incredible. I especially want to commend Jimmy Gutierrez, Delilah and Mia for their help in sending me the chromebook that my daughter left in our room. That was my daughter's school computer--without it she would have been in significant trouble academically. Thank you so much for hiring such honest and helpful people at Hyatt! We sincerely appreciate their help!
Disliked: The water for the shower was a little cooler than what I like. I recommend increasing the water temperature.

Liked: Have stayed here several times. Love the location. Has great oceanfront views.
Disliked: Shower didn’t get hot enough on more than one occasion. I like the idea of the refillable shower supplies but one was empty when we checked in.

Liked: Attractive, comfy, very good bed, ocean view, and really appreciate kitchenette. Nice lobby, restaurant, decor and lovely staff. Dog friendly was critical for us.
Disliked: No freezer compartment in the mini fridge - we need that for the freezer pack I need to travel with insulin. The breakfast was good but not excellent.
