Another visit, another positive review...

Liked: Always made to feel welcome here - super front desk staff - mega-helpful as always. Shuttle driver friendly, courteous and helpful. Management team responsive to requests.
Disliked: Nothing.

Worst hotel stay ever

Disliked: Electricity went out at 9:30pm. Then from 1:00am - 4:00am the fire alarm sounded, a piercing noise off and on for 3 hours! Needless to say, you can't get any sleep. I tried twice to speak to the manager, in person and in writing, to get a refund. No one from the hotel even bothered to reply.

Liked: The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel itself was updated and clean. Our hotel suite was very clean and had everything that we needed. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of items and was very good.
Disliked: Our mattress was a little lumpy and uncomfortable. My husband ended up going to the sofa because he so uncomfortable. This was our only complaint. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The best home away from...

Liked: I loved the room one bdrm with kitchen. It was close to the airport and the shuttle ran every 30 mins to the airport. Easy to catch the metro silver line to the city and all the museums. I would like to specially mention Sunny at front desk he was exceptionally professional and always a pleasure to see on front desk always helpful. I love this place I would go back and stay
Disliked: The surrounding didn't have many options I couldn't even go for a walk around the block. Also they have a sheets next to the hotel it's helpful however all the truckies park up there and I didn't realises me walking to sheets I could clearly be mistaken for a working girl. This ain't a biggy but better to know if you are traveling from another country

Will not come back

Liked: Room nice and clean.
Disliked: Everything was ok except restaurant. Was sitting at the table and went to the bar to order drinks. When was ready, I was asked to come and get it myself. Ordered salmon and in less than 3 minutes I was served even appetizers wings (when was the food cooked???). Fast but don’t serve something that was sitting. Have someone that knows what is being offered and that can describe the food. The employee was nice but need more training before leaving her/him alone. No complimentary water in the room except a 6$ Evian
