Had a wonderful time.

Liked: A great place.
Disliked: Room far away from elevator.

Liked: Clean, beautiful decor, kitchen in our suite was very nice, especially the full sized refrigerator. It was close to our concert venue (Overlake Christian Church and Starbucks is close by!
Disliked: Some construction was going on, but the hotel communicated clearly to us when it was happening.

Finding the hotel online and liking the great pricing for the room and amenities we were very pleased to find the Hyatt House met and surpassed our expectations on all points. The staff was available and friendly and helped us with all the details we needed to attend a local conference. They went over and above supplying us with a wheelchair to use at the conference we attended - saving us the trouble of trying to locate one in the area. A great experience, we'll be back!

Liked: Awesome staff - helpful and friendly with our many questions as it was our first time in the area.
Disliked: Parking lot was a little bit of a challenge as we have a disabled family member using a wheelchair.

The room was small but comfortable, pool and gym were both nice. Hot tub seemed dirty, possibly the chemicals were not balanced properly. Would stay here again. Very helpful nice staff.

Hyatt House served our purpose...

Liked: It was very convenient. Also quiet and clean. Liked having the kitchen facilities.Room coffee was not good. Breakfast choices were nice. Only staff we connected with were breakfast and front desk. Both very polite

Liked: Per booking.com, the room fee is $173 cad, however they charged $173 US
Disliked: Actual bill is way over booking price

Liked: Nice bar and restaurant in the evenings and mornings had a great breakfast. Cozy but modern and clean
Disliked: We booked this specifically for our son’s birthday getaway and also specifically because it had a hot tub and pool. When we got there the hot tub was full of concrete and no longer existing… The pool was an awesome size but just cold.

Disliked: Gym on sight would have been nice. Siri took me to a weird parking lot in the back.

Disliked: It was loud. There were people talking loudly in the hallway, and a baby woke us up by crying around 6:30 AM. The family in the suite next to us had very loud voices. It was not a very restful stay.
