Amazing location for all the...

Liked: Amazing location! Very easy to get from airport via the Link and easy transfer to the monorail which drops you right by the hotel. (insider tip… if you have luggage, take the elevator not the stairs from Link to monorail) I walked to the waterfront and Pikes market and up to Queen Anne neighborhood (Kerry Park for sunset) Staff (J) was very helpful. as were all the staff. Can’t rave enough!
Disliked: water pressure in shower is a little low for someone with long curls and shower water temp was tepid. ( when I mentioned it at check out, they were sending someone to fix it )

Liked: Breakfast was beyond our expectations we loved the choices they had each day in term of proteins, and there was lot of varieties to choose from. Rooms were super clean and tidy; just wish bed linens were bit cleaner.
Disliked: When booking through the Booking.com website, I made sure to choose a Space Needle View room, but we never got that and we kept on checking with the front desk, but they were not any help, and we were there for 3 nights but did not get what we requested so that was a big disappointment. And we had an incident with our little one and we had to request a change of linen for our bed, but apparently, we ended up changing our own linen because there was only one housekeeping staff member and apparently, she had got into a car accident few weeks ago therefore she is not able to do work, which was something that made us wonder why she is at work, while she is recovering and not able to move much.

Liked: I was looking for a hotel close to Climate Pledge Arena and the Hyatt House fit the bill. It was an easy walk to the arena and is across the street from the Space Needle. The monorail is a short walk and then ride to central Seattle. My room was upgraded and I had a view of the Space Needle.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Disliked: No where to park until after I complained after paying over $700 for 1 night stay

Lovely comfortable stay

Liked: Very comfortable room with kitchen unit and hob. Opposite the Space Needle and Monorail so perfect for traveling to downtown.

Excellent holiday

Liked: Location superb. Not too crowded in mid March. Versatile breakfast. Nice roof terrace. Nice view of the Space Needle, Seattle Center and sea. Friendly staff. Kids playground nearby was my son’s favourite.
