Great location, nice hotel

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: A little expensive for a Hyatt house

Liked: Location is great, good to use public transportation.
Disliked: More options and tailor to be kid friendly with the breakfast.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Liked: All Staff were really friendly and helpful. Alton on the front desk and Pat at breakfast amongst others are leading lights. Whilst obviously undergoing repairs we were not inconvenienced.
Disliked: The decor is tired, but this is being addressed.

Not worth $.

Liked: Property is in great location for Space Needle but is a lil difficult to find/navigate. Day time staff was very pleasant to work with.
Disliked: Parking in basement garage was $45/day then elevator was broken. Bad policy. Breakfast was very weak and bland. Hotel was not up to Hyatt standards even while under re-construction.

If your in the area...

Liked: This hotel was in the perfect location for our trip to Seattle! The space needle was literately across the street! Although it was under construction during our time of visit you could hardly hear anything. Our room was right next to the monorail system that Seattle has, but I sleep with a sound machine and didn't hear a thing. The hotel offers a complementary breakfast that had a plethora of options, and good coffee. This is where we me Grandma Pat, she is super friendly and very helpful with places to go while your visiting the area, she made our visit even better to have such a friendly face to see every morning during our stay!
Disliked: Due to construction going on it was confusing which door we could use, their was also a weird clicking in the room during our stay, we couldn't figure out how to turn it off (we did mention it to front desk). Everything else was perfect

So much fun

Liked: I liked that it was close to the things we wanted to do. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very fresh

Liked: Only the location was accessible and good.
Disliked: I have a complaint regarding hotel stay experience. With especially room conditions, provisions related to room amenities.1. No warm blankets were provided. 2. Heating did not work properly.3. Room was in stinky conditions when checking- in.4. Parking was to be provided with less amount or free whichever was best suitable when talked over phone prior with hotel reception but nothing was provided and also the hotel staff argued on these points and were really rude when having conversation.All these points are really in appropriate and I need certain action on this as this highly unacceptable as it was a leisure stay with family and every one was deeply disturbed. You don’t treat customers like this especially being part of an hospitality industry.
