Staff was outstanding and one...

Liked: Staff was outstanding and any question asked about the surrounding areas they were all spot on.
Disliked: Not being able to order food and the Elevator service took extremely longer than most would have expected with only 1 working with a high number of guess from staying for a near by event to Seahawks vs Packers game.

Liked: Great view, excellent customer service
Disliked: Our window shade had to be repaired while we were there, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Liked: Location close to attractions
Disliked: Big tree blocked entire view of Space Needle. Thin walls, loud. Elevator from parking garage was broken.

Liked: The staff was phenomenal
Disliked: The flooring in my room was coming up and there were spaces between boards. 1 TV in a "suite", yes it does turn but should have one for sitting area and one for room. Should not at all have been charged for parking since we had to hike way out of the way even through "staff only" areas just to get to the lobby, then to only have the one elevator going was just absurd with wait times.(We did end up taking the stairs to floor 5 a couple times) Also the 8th floor rooftop lounge was gorgeous but getting there was not ideal. The 8th floor looks abandoned and my kids picked up 4 to 6 nails and screws off the floor. Over $800 for 2 nights. Not worth it. Could have stayed somewhere much nicer, none of these issues were explained until we arrived.

Great stay for a family...

Liked: Location was perfect. Steps away from the Space Needle and the monorail to get to downtown area. Room had a great view. Room set up was perfect for a family, with the kitchen and mini living room was great for the kids. Hot breakfast was good and staff was attentive and nice.
Disliked: It seems at there’s some work being done… the carpet in the elevators was in bad shape and taped down.
