Nice, comfortable, and clean

Liked: Room was large. Parking was great since it was inside (and it was snowing). Breakfast was simple and good.
Disliked: The first night, there was a problem with noise from an outside gutter that kept me awake. We reported it the next morning and it was immediately fixed. But for this one issue, our stay was excellent in every way.
