We thoroughly enjoy every time...

Liked: We love this property. We love the condo style of the King Suites. The location is perfectly situated between Old Town Scotts dale and the Fashion Square Mall. Ideal for Christmas shopping. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Disliked: During the time we were there, the internet was out. Although we were not traveling for business, it would have been an issue if I had needed to connect during my stay.

Liked: Location made it walk able to various shops. Breakfast offerings was decent.
Disliked: Not as clean as one would expect from Hyatt, in particular the bathroom could use a refresh. Noise from the night club directly across the street from our room that is only open from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am, kept us awake. Only had decaffeinated coffee in the room. Bed was a bit worn making it super uncomfortable.

Liked: Close to what we wanted to do.
Disliked: Had to pay for early check in, we got an upgrade through booking.com really didn’t need it but glad it happened because one bathroom area the carpets were wet from a flood they left the floor dryer in the room so we ended up using the other bathroom. Mattress super uncomfortable need replacing
